What is the duvet and bulky items service?

LaundryApps offers services to clean duvets and other bulky items. This is a separate service as these items tend to have longer processing times and special care requirements.

Here are the steps followed:

1. Inspection: Your items will be inspected for visible stains, damage, and any special care instructions on the care label. LaundryApps's customer service team will notify you of any pre-existing damage or stains found. Our partner facilities will do their best to treat your item, however, stain removal is not guaranteed.

2. Cleaning: The cleaning process varies depending on the item. Our partner facilities will follow the instructions on the care label.

3. Drying: The drying process varies depending on the item. Our partner facilities will follow the instructions on the care label.

4. Packing - Your items will be neatly packed in a clear plastic bag and placed in a LaundryApps bag to be delivered back to you.
