Can I change my cleaning instructions at the door?

Cleaning instructions can be edited up until your driver is on their way to collect your order. To edit your service instructions, follow these steps:
1. Open the app and click on the 'help' button
2. Select the relevant active order
3. Select 'Change service instructions' and update them to suit your preferences.
Once your driver arrives, they will tag your bags according to the services you have booked online. If you would like to remove or change a service at this stage, please contact us by submitting a general query via the help section in our app as soon as possible, and we will try our best to assist you.
