At LaundryApps we value all of our customers, and we would love the opportunity to address any issues you may have! If you have any concerns, please submit a general query via the help section in our app, and will be happy to help you.
If you would like to delete your LaundryApps account please follow these steps:
1. Click 'help' in the LaundryApps app.
2. Select 'Account' > 'Delete account'.
3. Type 'DELETE ME' in the text box.
4. Click 'Delete'.
Our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm your account has been deleted, in no later than 30 days from the date of submission.
💡 Please keep in mind this action cannot be reversed. If you would like to use LaundryApps services again, you will need to create a new account.
