When sending prepaid items, we calculate the total of your order using the discounted item price. To avoid an extra charge, please include enough items to reach the minimum order value. You can view the minimum order value for your area and the discounted item price for prepaid packs here.
For example:
We have a £20 minimum charge, giving you an order total of £20.50) to reach the minimum order service price of less than £20 we will charge £20.
