To ensure reliable service, please be aware that a no-show fee may apply if you miss collection/delivery. Drivers are compensated for every effort in attempting deliveries.
You can always choose to leave your order in a safe place or reschedule your collection/delivery free of charge up to 2 hours prior to your time slot, directly from app.
